arXiv:2608.23569v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: State-of-the-art Natural Language to SQL (NL2SQL) models report execution accuracy exceeding 89 percent on established benchmarks such as Spider and BIRD. However, these benchmarks rely on simplified academic schemas and open-source SQL dialects that do not reflect the complexity of enterprise database environments. We introduce ESQ-Bench, an Oracle-first NL2SQL benchmark with systematic complexity tiers and silent-divergence evaluation across three enterprise schema complexity tiers. We constructed and released six populated schemas (465 tables, 164,682 rows, zero empty tables) with identical seed data on Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server, a four-metric evaluation harness (EM, EX, SR, SD), and 550 gold-validated question-query pairs (Tier-1: 95; Tier-2: 228; Tier-3: 227). arXiv:2608.23571v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Equivariant message-passing networks are the standard model for molecular property and interatomic-potential prediction, and recent work predicts the electronic Hamiltonian itself in an E(3)-equivariant way. Separately, topological deep learning has extended graph networks to cellular sheaves. Our central observation is structural: in a localized atomic-orbital basis, the molecular single-particle Hamiltonian, after a constant shift that makes it positive semidefinite, is the Laplacian of a cellular sheaf on a regular cell complex built from the molecule. Making the restriction maps O(3)-steerable two-center kernels from bond geometry recovers the Slater-Koster form as a special case and yields an E(3)- and permutation-equivariant operator. What corpus property sets how much $\lambda$ grows? Using the bigram conditional entropy $D = H(\text{next} \mid \text{prev})$, a training-free statistic computed before training, we find across controlled corruption families a learning-rate-conditioned law, $\lambda^2 - \lambda_0^2 = C_0(\eta) + C_1(\eta)(H_r - D)^{0.59}$, where $H_r$ is a matched-budget shuffle baseline. The convex exponent is inherited from an independently measured data-side saturation relation rather than fitted directly to the growth curve. arXiv:2608.21362v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Transformer-based large language models (LLMs) incur high prefill latency because key-value (KV) tensors must be recomputed for each request. Existing prefix-caching systems reduce this cost but require prompts to share a leading contiguous prefix, limiting effectiveness when shared content appears at arbitrary positions. We present KVBoost, a chunk-level KV cache reuse system for HuggingFace-compatible decoder models that enables reuse regardless of content position. KVBoost introduces a dual-hash keying scheme that separates positional identity (prefix hash) from content identity (content hash), supporting both exact and approximate cache matches. To address attention boundary errors from independently cached chunks, KVBoost employs two repair strategies: SelectiveRecompute, which re-encodes boundary regions, and CacheBlendRecompute, which identifies and recomputes high-deviation tokens after a probe pass. arXiv:2608.21363v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: A protocol is presented for recording the governance decisions of automated AI runtimes. When a runtime releases, blocks, defers, redacts, or escalates an individual output, AIREP records that decision as a single signed object that any party can check offline, independent of the runtime that produced it. A record carries the decision as one of a closed set of verbs under a stated policy basis, references its input, output, and evidence by hash rather than by value, and declares both what its evidence covers and what it does not. Records form a SHA-256 hash chain that binds each record to its position, so that tampering and gaps are detectable by recomputation. Vendor-, model-, and domain-specific content is confined to a single optional namespace, and a mechanical neutrality test keeps the shared format free of it.
