We’re just weeks away, but Costco is offering a fantastic $499.99 bundle for its members that includes a Nintendo Switch 2, a 256GB microSD Express card (usually $59), and a one year subscription to Nintendo Switch Online’s Expansion Pack tier, which normally costs $49.99 per year. That’s over $100 in value, and a great way to kickstart your Switch 2 experience. Nintendo Switch 2 Where to Buy: $558.98 $499.99 at Costco (with NSO and 256GB memory card) The Switch 2 has 256GB of internal storage, so a microSD card is likely something you’ll need eventually for storing more games without having to constantly manage your library. With first-party Nintendo games typically running between 10 and 25GB, and larger third-party games reaching 50GB, a 256GB card should store anywhere from 5-
Brex CEO Pedro Franceschi offered a blueprint for one of the pressing challenges facing the enterprise today at VB Transform 2026: securely deploying AI agents, like the open-source OpenClaw, into production environments.Unlocking this enterprise value requires a mindset shift. The industry needs to move past vague terminology and focus on concrete enterprise roles. “People talk a lot about agents, but I think agents is a terrible name. It s this Silicon Valley concept that doesn t really mean much,” Franceschi said. Instead, the goal should be creating entities that can genuinely collaborate with human workers. The concept we always had in mind was the idea of a virtual employee — someone on Slack, an entity, it has an email address, it can join meetings, you can email it, and that you can work with, Franceschi said.Realizing this vision demands a new security paradigm. Franceschi’s presentation detailed how Brex pointed OpenClaw at internal roles, realized traditional security models
Platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google are facing a long road of litigation.

It's that time of year: On Wednesday, Google is set to host its annual Made by Google hardware launch event for Pixel gadgets. Google itself has already teased new slab-style and foldable Pixel smartphones, but leaks also indicate that the company could announce updated watches, a new color for familiar earbuds, and perhaps a brand new AirTag-like item tracker. However, unusually, Google's event is taking place in the evening: It kicks off on Wednesday at 6PM ET / 3PM PT instead of in the early afternoon or mid-morning, like many other tech events. And this time it has a celebrity host in Trevor Noah. Even more strange: As noted by 9to5Goo … Read the full story at The Verge.
Starting February 1st, 2027, creators who want to monetize their channel through YouTube's Partner Program (YPP) will need at least 1,000 subscribers and either 8,000 qualified watch hours over the past year, or 20 million qualified Shorts views in the last 90 days. That's a sizeable jump from YouTube's current requirement of 1,000 subscribers with 4,000 watch hours in the past year, or 1,000 subscribers with 10 million Shorts views in the last 90 days. Creators will also need to maintain 10 million Shorts views over 90 days to earn money from the Shorts Creators Pool, though falling below this threshold won't result in removal from YPP. Meta today released Muse Glimmer, a 30-billion-parameter open-weight model designed to run autonomous AI agents directly on consumer hardware — pushing agentic workloads that normally depend on cloud infrastructure onto high-end Macs and PCs.Just as notable as what the model does is how it s licensed. Glimmer arrives under the permissive, industry-standard Apache 2.0 open source license — the company s first fully open release since it succeeded its open-weight Llama family in April with the proprietary Muse Spark. In fact, Muse Glimmer launches today with a more permissive license than Llama ever carried. Llama s bespoke community license drew years of criticism for restrictions like its 700-million-monthly-user cutoff; Apache 2.0 has no such strings, permitting unrestricted commercial use, modification and redistribution. The weights are available on Hugging Face now. Wang said support is rolling out this week through Ollama, LM Studio, vLLM, SGLang, Together AI, Fireworks AI and OpenR
Meta’s new open-weight Muse Glimmer model offers a glimpse of Mark Zuckerberg’s personal superintelligence vision, as well as the emerging divide between AI users can own and access.
